The trick is to eat double or triple the amount of fruits and veggies in addition to other healthier meals. For example, if you eat four slices of cake, two bags of cookies, and ice cream, try eating a big salad, your favorite fruit, or meals that consist of fish, skinless chicken, salmon and two sides of veggies.
